Temporary Bosun Required – 100m+ Research Vessel

We are currently seeking an experienced Bosun to join a 100m+ research vessel.

Requirements

• Navigational Watch Rating Certificate

• Able Seafarer Deck (RFPNW)

• STCW certification

• Valid ENG1 Medical

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and carry out shipboard maintenance

• Manage and supervise deck crew

• Assist the Chief Officer in daily operations

• Operate deck cranes and davits

• Stand navigational and/or operational watches

• Coordinate and manage onboarding operations, including equipment and provisions

Contract Details

• Start Date: 22nd February

• End Date: TBC
