Manuela began her career with four years at sea, gaining firsthand insight into the unique demands and rewards of shipboard life. She then transitioned ashore to join the crewing team of a prestigious cruise line, where she spent three years refining her expertise in crew logistics and operations.
For the past 14 years, Manuela has been an integral part of Viking Crew, where her organisational skills, attention to detail, and extensive industry knowledge have made her a trusted leader within the team. She is known for her dedication to supporting crew members throughout their careers and ensuring smooth, efficient crewing processes across the fleet.
