Christina Allen brings over 15 years of maritime industry experience to her role as Crewing Manager at Viking Crew, where she has spent the past two years supporting Windstar Cruises with dedication and expertise.
Before joining Viking Crew, Christina spent more than a decade working in the crew training sector of a major cruise line. During this time, she developed a deep understanding of international certification requirements and gained valuable insight into the needs of seafarers from around the world—knowledge that is central to her current role.
Christina’s maritime journey began after completing a degree in Tourism Management, which laid the foundation for her career in the cruise industry. She went on to spend four years working at sea, giving her a first-hand appreciation of shipboard life and the challenges faced by crew members.
Well-regarded for her strong rapport with both crew and clients, Christina is known as fair but firm, with a deep commitment to following regulations and getting the details right every time.
